1. Basis of Sale

By placing an order with Pallets Reloved, you agree to these terms. As we deal with reclaimed materials, please read Section 2 carefully before purchasing.

2. The Nature of Reclaimed Wood

Our products are handcrafted from reclaimed pallet wood and industrial timber. Because of the nature of the material:

• Character: Every item will have unique characteristics including knots, nail holes, varied grain patterns, and minor surface imperfections. These are not considered "faults" but are part of the aesthetic of recycled and reloved wood.
• Variations: Products may vary slightly in colour and texture from the photographs shown on our website.
• Movement: Wood is a natural product and may expand or contract slightly depending on the temperature and humidity of your home.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). We are not VAT registered; therefore, the price you see is the total price for the goods. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight (standard 1st Class Royal Mail rates).

4. Delivery

We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days, much sooner if we can. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to change your mind and request a return. The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is found to be structurally faulty. Please refer to Section 2 when trying to determine if it's faulty, or just the natural aspect of the wood.
