1. Data We Collect

To fulfil your order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. We only use this information to process your purchase and communicate with you about your order. We DO NOT collect or store your payment information. At present all payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe, when placing an order with us, those details are then sent to Stripe where you complete your payment on their own secure website before being handed back to us for completion of your order process.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell or lease your personal information. We share your address details with our delivery partner, Royal Mail (or other designated courier), solely for the purpose of getting your order to your door.

3. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or ask us to delete it once your order has been completed (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).

4. Cookies

Our website which we host on our own servers, uses essential cookies to allow the shopping cart to function. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
